i want to make some kind of potato/sausage mash...
what should i put in it? i have russet potatoes, roasted garlic chicken sausage (soooooo good!), and sour cream. what else would be good - chives? some veggies?

An update on the sourdough bread
My uncle did indeed give me some advice about the bread.
He told me I could have left the bread in another 5 to 10 minutes to make the crust much browner. Lean bread doughs (those without sugar or added fat) don’t burn easily. If you want a softer and browner crust, just brush the top with some butter after baking.
