SFF’s sausage and goat cheese smashed potatoes
stick some russet potatoes in the oven to bake (tin foil, etc)
take some sausage (whatever kind you like, but i used roasted garlic chicken and it was BOMB), crumbled up (buy the pre-crumbled kind or just slit the casings and crumble it up yourself).
saute the sausage and some chopped onion in some olive oil
in a saucepan heat up a leetle heavy cream and add whatever kind herbal deliciousness you prefer. i used parsley and sage, not fresh because i’m lazy but that would be yummy too.
take out the potatoes, chop them up roughly, and add them to the saucepan with the cream. add the sausage and onion mixture, then mash them all up together. this is probably easier if you have a proper potato smasher but i used a fork and it didn’t kill me.
top with crumbled goat cheese and eat yourself into a coma!
