Chocolate Brownie Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
2 Cups granulated sugar
5 Large eggs, beaten
2 Cups whole milk
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
3 Cups cubed stale italian bread
1 Small envelope brownie mix (the size for a 9x9 square pan)
1 Cup pcked brown sugar
1 Stick butter, softened
1 Cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Grease 13x9 pan and preheat oven to 350.
Combine bread and brownie mix in a large bowl.
In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour over bread mixture and let sit for 10 minutes or so.
Meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar, and nuts into a “crumble.”
Pour soaked bread mixture into pan and top with crumble. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until set. Apply to face. Turn oven off.
